  • Mission

Access Sport works directly to combat shocking levels of exclusion, hardship and poor health faced by millions of children in the UK. We do this by building thriving community sports clubs, in the most disadvantaged areas, which provide life-changing opportunities for local, vulnerable young people.
  • Brief history

Access Sport was founded in 2004 by sports marketer Charlie Beauchamp with former England Rugby captain Phil de Glanville and full-back John Guard. Together they decided to raise money for sports clubs who were doing great work but had no money or support. They now work with 65 clubs across the UK.
