We facilitate an evidence-based programme called Balanced Lives, a weekly group which combines gentle movement and exercise, preventative health support by monitoring vital signs (weight, blood pressure), caring conversations, and sessions based around older people’s interests.

Action for Elders works with older people to co-design and deliver health and wellbeing programmes - based on our flagship ‘Balanced Lives’ programme - in communities across England and Wales. We also campaign to create a more positive public perception of ageing.
