    To assist limbless veterans to lead independent and fulfilling lives.
  • Brief history

    Blesma was formed in the years following the First World War. We became a national charity in 1932, and since then have helped more than 62,000 limbless veterans, their widows and families. Today, we help more than 3,000 Blesma Members, ranging in age from 19 to 104.
